Tuitions and Fees

There is a nonrefundable one-time registration fee of $100 to secure your child’s place in a class. A supply fee of $80 (2 day), $120 (3 day), $200 (5 day), or $250 (Bridge to Kindergarten) is due twice a year.

Tuition can be paid in one of two ways: a one-time payment, or 10 monthly installments.

  • 2-day - $2,400 - 10 installments of $240
  • 3-day - $3,050 - 10 installments of $305
  • 5-day - $4,000 - 10 installments of $400
  • Bridge to Kindergarten - $4,100 - 10 installments of $410

Monthly tuition payments are due the first day of the month from August-May and are considered late after the 10th of the month. A $10 late fee is due at this time. Please contact the director if a tuition payment cannot be made by the due date. 

We regret that credit cannot be given for a child's absence.

Checks should be made payable to St. Cuthbert School. A $30 fee will be imposed on all returned checks.

We require at least two weeks notice of your child's withdrawal from the program. This will allow us an opportunity to keep our classes full and better serve the needs of our community.

A reduction of 10% may be given to the child of an active church member. A church member must be one who has transferred his/her letter of church membership and is on the official church roll.

Schedule a Tour

During the summer months, if you would like to schedule a tour please complete this form and email it to School Director, Lynda Houghton, will contact you.
During the school year, please stop by our office Monday-Thursday between 10:00 and 1:00 and Friday from 9:30 to 11:00 for a tour of our programs and facilities.
