Sunil welcomes Kelly Sanchez, St. Cuthbert’s new youth and family ministry coordinator, for a conversation about faith, belonging, and helping young people grow. Kelly shares how her journey from baking and hospitality into education and school counseling deepened her desire to serve, and how the welcome she found at St. Cuthbert’s helped her discover a new calling.

Together, they explore the importance of listening to young people, welcoming their questions, and building relationships that help them feel known and loved. Drawing on Jesus’ parable of the wedding banquet, the conversation invites the whole congregation to help create a community where every young person knows there is a place for them at God’s table.
